Tom Shelman

President, CEO

Tom’s 35+ years of diversified experience in the Information Technology and Aerospace and Defense industries have formed his solid executive leadership and technical foundation based on quality, personal integrity, and commitment. It also includes extensive experience as CIO of a $30B enterprise, and General Manager of a $1.4B IT services business with full accountability for P&L. This unique blend of technology management and general management allows Tom to bridge the gap between IT and strategic business objectives for the Clear Creek family. Tom has expertise in Civil Security, Cybersecurity, Health IT, Integrated Information Systems, Applications, Networks for federal civilian agencies, state and local government, and international government.

Darcel Shelman

Executive VP, COO

Darcel brings over 35 years of management experience in technology and related fields, and has built and cultivated several successful enterprises over the years. Darcel serves as the President of Clear Creek’s inaugural company, Harmony Technology Services, growing that company by $2.6 million in two years. Darcel also works with clients to ensure that all Clear Creek company solutions are meeting or exceeding expectations for value delivered. She has successfully negotiated with prime contractors in the Aerospace and Defense and DOE sectors, and is the executive sponsor of Clear Creek’s healthcare practice.

Keith Glennan

Executive VP, CTO

Keith is a team builder and solutions visionary – a proven leader in the strategic use of information technology as a means to competitive advantage and value creation. For 31 years he has proven his ability to recognize key technology innovations and to appropriately deploy them in enterprise contexts. Most helpful to your mission is Keith’s ability to affect change and to support the cause for investment through compelling business cases. Expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Program Management in domains ranging from Cloud Services to Secure Wireless, Identity Management, Web 2.0, Social Computing, ERP, Applications and IT Outsourcing at the commercial, federal, state, and local levels.

Harry Gatanas

Senior VP, National Security Sector

Harry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a leader in DOD acquisition and procurement.  A Retired General Officer with over 33 years of leadership, contracting and acquisition experience. Harry served as the Senior Acquisition Executive for the NSA, directly responsible for the mission and procurement activities, which exceeded several billion dollars annually for all of NSA’s IT needs. Harry has over a decade of commercial senior executive experience in all defense agencies and the intelligence community, including service as Executive Vice President of Serco Incorporated’s Defense and Intelligence Group and Strategic Programs, for SI International and President and CEO for MFN Global Services, LLC, a fiber-optic telecommunications specializing in global information grid solutions federal, state and international clients.

Ralph Pope

Senior VP, General Counsel

Ralph provides sound legal advice to our executive leadership team. Ralph is an experienced executive in the Aerospace and Government Contracting markets. He served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel providing legal guidance to Northrop Grumman’s Information Technology Sector with 4.5 billion in sales including a $200m dollar commercial business. He served as Global General Counsel to Siemens Enterprise Communications tasked with restructuring and management of the global law department, comprising 20 lawyers located from Brazil to Russia.
